PILIPINO ARTISTS NETWORK (PAN) The Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture The Pilipino Artists Network (PAN) is a California-statewide initiative established to advance cultural visibility of the Filipinos in the U.S. through the arts. The PAN was established to build artists’ capacity in Production, Marketing, Distribution and Advocacy. The PAN's goals are to: 1) UNDERSTAND the needs of Pilipino artists and cultural practitioners 2) provide supportive CONNECTions between artists and organizations; 3) STRENGTHEN the artists' understanding and use of production, marketing and distribution strategies; and, 4) DEVELOP as many avenues that will support artists. The Pilipino Artists Network is funded by the California Arts Council, the National Endowment for the Arts, the California Community Foundation, The Getty Foundation, and the Fund for Folk Culture.
Participating PAN Pavilion Visual Artists As always, we are celebrating an amazing group of visual artists who bring art to life. Whether they are "live painting" or exhibiting their works in the PAN Pavilion, these talented individuals color the festival with rich hues. We are proud to have them contribute to the vibrancy of the Filipino American community. And remember to support these artists by purchasing their incredible artwork! Alfie Ebojo David Araquel |
