Help make FPAC possible!

FilAm ARTS welcomes all individuals, families and groups who are interested in donating their time, energy and resources to help us build community through the arts. People come to FilAm ARTS for different reasons. We hope that the information below will provide you with some clear duties for the kinds of volunteer opportunities with our organization and the Festival. It takes over 400 volunteers to make FPAC happen each year.

To get involved its easy: Download and fill out the volunteer questionnaire and information form and email it back to volunteer@filamarts.org.

We are excited that you are going to join us. We look forward to working with you to find the right volunteer opportunity for you!

Here are general descriptions about the opportunities available.

FESTIVAL BUILDERS

This group of dedicated and organized individuals help us build, plan, program and finance the Festival from the ground up. These positions vary and can require planning meetings and task completions for printing, website and programming deadlines. Tasks are concentrated in areas such as Programming, Logistics, Marketing & Outreach, and Earned Income.

EARNED INCOME & GUEST SERVICES

This group of enthusiastic individuals help us sell tickets, Festival merchandise, monitor parking lots, and provide Festival goers with friendly and helpful information.

FESTIVAL WEEKEND Programming Volunteers

This group of enthusiastic individuals help carry out the programming (stage crew, artist check-in, workshop aides, Emcees, programming in Youth, Seniors, and Culinary Areas) while helping us set-up, staff, and clean-up each programming area.

FESTIVAL WEEKEND Logistics Volunteers

This group of enthusiastic individuals help us with the nuts and bolts, tents and tables, signage and area set-up, staff, and clean-up theFestival.
